Chick-fil-A in Rockville is hiring for a Back of House (BOH) Team Member. As part of an independent Owner/Operator store, you’ll help prepare high-quality menu items in a fast-service environment and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date.
• Prior BOH experience not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality menu items in a fast service environment.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
• Maintain consistency and teamwork on the line.
• Support hand-breading, chopping vegetables, and basic prep as needed.
• Work shifts between 5:30 am–4:00 pm or 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.
