Chick-fil-A Hays is seeking an AM Back of House Team Member to prepare and assemble high-quality food with speed and care. You’ll work behind the scenes to ensure food safety, cleanliness, and excellence in every meal served, especially during early shifts from 5:30am to 5:00pm.

Ideal candidates pride themselves on teamwork, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. No formal education is required, and growth opportunities exist within the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to Pathway standards.
• Maintain fresh, hot, and accurately prepared meals.
• Ensure proper portioning, temperature control, and food safety.
• Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and stocked.
• Support daily/weekly cleaning tasks and stock rotation.
• Communicate clearly with team members and leaders.
• Demonstrate integrity, teamwork, and a positive kitchen culture.
• Flexibly perform other duties to support operations.
