Front of House Focus

• Support drive‑thru, front counter, dining, and carry‑out operations

• Identify and resolve service bottlenecks efficiently

Back of House Focus

• Lead kitchen production and flow during all meal periods
• Support breading, fryers, assembly, prep, and sanitation tasks
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Coach Team Members on kitchen safety and equipment use
• Create a safe, organized kitchen environment

Training and Development

• Receive structured training and hands‑on coaching to build leadership skills
• Develop expertise in deployment, coaching, guest recovery, and problem‑solving
• Grow with clear expectations and support for advancing into higher leadership roles
