85C Bakery Café is excited to introduce Jiou Chu Dumplings from Tauchung, Taiwan to the U.S. with its flagship location in Rowland Heights, CA. Jiou Chu Dumplings is a casual sit-down dining experience that presents a blend of traditional and modern flavors. We offer a wide variety of Taiwanese dishes including dumplings, noodles and sides. Our goal is to bring the nostalgia and comfort of a home cooked Taiwanese meal to your table.

BOH-Weekend Availability Required - We are looking for a dedicated, organized busser/dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment. The Busser will be responsible for clearing tables, dish washing, and maintaining cleanliness of dining rooms.

• Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
• Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
• Empty trash containers regularly
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
• Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
• Clean food prep stations and equipment
• Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned and waiting for the next party

Physical demands:

• Ability to continuously stand or walk
• Ability to bend and lift frequently
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs frequently and 50lbs occasionally

Work environment:

• Work will be conducted in a kitchen and restaurant environment
• May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment
• May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces
• Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud
