Atkins Kroll, Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bodyshop Technician to join our Bodyshop team. In this role, you will repair damaged vehicle body parts and structures according to manufacturer and dealership standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

This position is ideal for technicians who take pride in their craft, work well in a team environment, and are committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards in collision repair.

What you'll do

• Repair damaged vehicle body parts and structures according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Review repair estimates and verify that all necessary parts are ordered and available.
• Prepare vehicles for body repair and refinishing work.
• Notify management of any additional repairs or issues discovered during the repair process.
• Maintain communication with management regarding repair progress or delays that may affect delivery timelines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Comply with regulations related to hazardous materials, paint, and shop safety.
• Assist team members with vehicle repair and preparation when needed.
• Operate body shop tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stay informed and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations affecting body shop operations.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.

About you
