Swift Collision’s body shop in Broken Arrow seeks an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead a fast-paced collision repair operation. You will build and coach a high-performing team, manage daily production, and uphold top repair quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Several years of collision repair management experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair operations, estimating, production management, and quality control.
• Experience improving shop processes and increasing operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to coach, mentor, and hold employees accountable.
• Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures and insurance repair processes.
• A commitment to safe, quality repairs and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop technicians, estimators, painters, parts personnel, and support staff.
• Manage daily production to keep repairs moving efficiently while meeting quality and delivery goals.
• Maintain high standards for repair quality, safety, and OEM repair procedures.
• Improve shop workflow, identify production bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Oversee estimating, blueprinting, supplements, and repair planning to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate parts operations to ensure timely vehicle flow.
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive operational excellence.
• Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the repair process.
• Build a more organized and accountable production environment.
• Improve repair quality and consistency.
• Increase production efficiency and profitability.
• Strengthen team performance and morale.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As Body Shop Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our collision repair facility, including:
