A fitness organization is seeking an Instructor or Coach to lead group fitness and recreational sports programs. The ideal candidate will promote a holistic approach to fitness, motivate members, and provide safe exercise instruction. Qualifications include a high school diploma, relevant certifications, and strong communication skills. This role offers the opportunity for growth and a vibrant work environment.

Qualificações

• Audition is required as part of the selection process.
• Must complete online and in-person internal training requirements.
• Flexible/positive attitude required.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate members to explore multiple group fitness classes.
• Deliver a motivating instructional experience in every class.
• Provide instruction on correct form and technique.

Conhecimentos

Strong motivational skills

Excellent communication skills

Bilingual skills

Formação académica

HS diploma or GED equivalent

National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, etc.)

Trustline Registered to coach children

Current CPR certification
