Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership and leasing group. We have an opening for a Bodymen at the MHC Kenworth-Springfield branch, Springfield, MO. This role involves performing heavy-duty body repair under supervision, with on-the-job training to achieve Body Journeyman status.

The position is safety-sensitive and requires reliable performance, attention to detail, and participation in training sessions. CDL may be preferred and a toolset is expected.

Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on experience in a body shop.
• Graduate of vocational program or equivalent training.
• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in general bodywork duties.
• Work on major components with close supervision.
• Perform troubleshooting on minor problems.
• Attend training sessions and meetings.

Job Overview & Essential Functions

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck Dealership and Leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Bodymen. The role of the Bodymen is to perform heavy-duty body repair under general supervision, receiving on the job training in a development program to achieve Body Journeyman status.

SAFETY-SENSITIVE

• Perform and/or assists in the performance of general bodywork duties.


• Work on major components with close supervision.

• Attend training sessions and meetings.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred.


• Minimum of three years hand on experience and on the job training in a related body shop field.


• Graduate of vocational course or experience and training equivalent.
