Job summary

Ciocca Collision of Red Lion is seeking an energetic collision technician to join a growing team. You will work on identifying parts, performing body repairs, and inspecting for hidden issues, with room for skill development.

The role offers a flat hourly rate, full-time schedule, PTO/holidays, 401(k) matching, and a comprehensive insurance plan, plus advancement opportunities within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• Welding, suspension, framework experience a plus or willing to learn/train.
• ASE Certifications in Damage Analysis & Estimating, Mechanical and Electrical Components, Non-Structural Analysis and Damage Repair are preferred.
• State Vehicle Inspector certification preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve parts required for repair; review repair orders and notes; follow warranty guidelines; notify supervisor of any repair add-ons.
• Adjust, replace, and repair all series of equipment including sheet metal repairs, fiberglass/panel repairs, fabrication and welding, alignment of body components, electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.

Qualifications

• Welding, suspension, framework experience a plus OR willing to learn/train
• ASE Certifications; Damage Analysis and Estimating, Mechanical and Electrical Components, Non-Structural Analysis and Damage Repair and State Vehicle Inspector (preferred)
• Certifications listed above or equivalent experience and eagerness to improve
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Adjust, replace, and repair all series of equipment (e.g., sheet metal repairs, fiberglass/ panel repairs, fabrication and structural welding, installation and alignment body components, electrical and mechanical repairs, etc.).
• Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.
