Caliber Collision is hiring a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to perform all-purpose duties and learn to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will work under a mentor, learning to read estimates, identify damage, and ensure quality and accuracy of repairs.

The program offers weekly pay, benefits from day one, a tool set after 90 days, and a potential to earn $70,000+ per year after graduation. No experience required to start this career path.

Qualifications

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Complete required training and certifications relating to TAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform all-purpose duties to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition using approved techniques.
• Learn to read estimates, identify damage, and repair vehicles under mentor guidance.
• Check work for quality and accuracy under supervision.
