Job summary

Caliber Collision in Utah is recruiting for a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice. The role involves performing all-purpose duties to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition while learning training material and hands-on skills under a mentor.

You will read estimates, identify damage, and ensure work quality and accuracy as you progress through the program. No experience is required to start; you will be paid weekly, receive benefits from day one, and can receive a tool set

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved repair techniques.
• Follow mentor’s direction while learning to read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and check work for quality and accuracy.
• Learn all training material and hands-on skills through TAP Body Apprentice program.
