Job summary

Better Collision Centers Inc. in Summerville, SC, is seeking a Body Technician to perform disassembly, repair, and reassembly of collision-damaged vehicles and to conduct frame and structural repairs to OEM standards.

The role requires knowledge of collision repair methods and tools, with I-CAR certification preferred. You will work both independently and as part of a team in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Technical school OR 3+ years of body repair experience.
• Solid knowledge of collision repair methods and tools.
• I-CAR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and squat.
• Must be able to work in a shop environment with noise and odors.

Responsibilities

• Disassembly, repair, and reassembly of collision-damaged vehicles.
