Job summary

Texas Collision Centers Inc in Richardson, TX is seeking a skilled Body Technician to perform collision repair with focus on quality, timeliness and safety. You will disassemble vehicles, plan repairs, repair components, and inspect results to ensure paint readiness.

Candidates should have strong auto body repair skills, the ability to read manuals and repair orders, and experience with diagnostic software. I-CAR certification is preferred; 18+ years old and able to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• I-CAR certification preferred.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and orders.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicle to identify damaged components.
• Plan Auto Body Repair steps according to the Repair Plan.
• Repair/Replace damaged body components as identified.
• Grind, file, sand, weld, cut etc.
• Inspect and test repaired vehicles to ensure readiness for paint.
• Follow safety standards and procedures.
