Job summary

Texas Collision Centers Inc. is seeking a Body Technician to perform collision repair work with focus on quality, timeliness and safety.

Responsibilities include disassembling vehicles to identify damaged components, planning repair steps, and replacing damaged body parts as needed. You will be expected to inspect and test repaired vehicles to ensure readiness for paint, while complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Exceptional auto body repair skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with computer diagnostic equipment and software.
• Ability to read service and repair manuals.
• Ability to perform repairs in a timely fashion.
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Three years of related experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly.

Responsibilities

• Dis-assemble vehicle to assist in identifying damaged components.
• Plan Auto Body Repair steps according to the Repair Plan.
• Repair/Replace damaged body components as identified.
• Grind, file, sand, weld, cut etc.
