Qualifications

• Proven experience with structural and cosmetic collision repair.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to repairing vehicles safely and correctly.
• Ability to read and follow manufacturer repair procedures and repair orders.
• I-CAR or ASE certification a plus, with a commitment to ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and cosmetic collision repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Follow Toyota repair procedures and use genuine OEM parts whenever applicable.
• Operate modern collision equipment including frame racks, welders, and measuring systems.
• Disassemble and reassemble damaged vehicles, documenting hidden damage for supplements.
• Work closely with estimators, parts staff, and the production team to keep repairs on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with shop safety standards.
