Allstate Peterbilt Group in Minnesota is seeking a Body Shop Technician to perform repairs, install aftermarket parts, and document all work accurately. You will interact with dealership staff and customers, coordinate parts, and participate in ongoing training and safety programs.

The role emphasizes adherence to warranty guidelines, safety compliance, and a collaborative work environment focused on quality outcomes for customers and the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Install aftermarket parts.
• Repair damage to vehicles as necessary and within the guidelines established at time of repair approval.
• Interact with dealership personnel and customers.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
