What You’ll Do: We seek a skilled Body Shop Technician with experience in body restoration, painting, fiberglass work, and a commitment to safety and quality.

1. Perform full body restoration and paint services for trucks involved in collisions.
2. Conduct fiberglass repairs and other specialized tasks.
3. Maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
4. Ensure high-quality workmanship with attention to detail.
5. Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
6. Use critical thinking to assess damage and determine repair methods.

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Over five (5) years of experience as a body shop technician preferred.
2. Certified PPG Painter.
3. Proficient with tools and equipment for truck assessment and repair.
4. Excellent manual dexterity for working on small parts and in confined spaces.
5. Strong attention to detail and quality commitment.
6. Effective customer service and communication skills.
7. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements: Must pass post-offer drug test, physical, and lift requirements.

Compensation:

• $25-$30 hourly depending on experience, plus production bonus.
• Sign-on bonus based on qualifications.
