Qualifications

Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or similar role.
Proficiency with body repair tools and techniques, including frame straightening and panel replacement.
Knowledge of paint and refinishing processes is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and ability to comply with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform body repairs on vehicles, including straightening frames, replacing damaged panels, and refinishing surfaces.
Diagnose and assess damage using specialized equipment and tools.
Work with paint technicians and other team members to ensure seamless vehicle restoration.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with managers and customers regarding repair progress and any additional findings.
Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used.
