Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency with body repair tools and techniques, including frame straightening and panel replacement.
• Knowledge of paint and refinishing processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to comply with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform body repairs on vehicles, including straightening frames, replacing damaged panels, and refinishing surfaces.
• Diagnose and assess damage using specialized equipment and tools.
• Work with paint technicians and other team members to ensure seamless vehicle restoration.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with managers and customers regarding repair progress and any additional findings.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used.
