Lithia & Driveway's Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth is seeking a Body Shop Technician I to perform a range of collision repairs and ensure high-quality results. The role offers a base with experience-based pay and a 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, with no weekends.

You will work with a skilled team dedicated to safety, quality, and outstanding customer service. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in vehicle repair, prefer GM technician background, and a commitment to producing

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of vehicle repair experience.
• GM technician experience preferred.
• Commitment to safety and quality repairs.
• Ability to manage multiple repairs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs according to company, manufacturer, and insurance standards.
• Follow all safety requirements and track repair time.
• Verify required parts and monitor vehicle progress through the repair process.
• Document repairs performed, test procedures, and results on repair orders.
• Maintain and use required tools, returning special tools after use.
• Use shop supplies responsibly and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and in good condition.
• Stay current with training on repair techniques and materials.
• Communicate with team members and report safety or operational concerns.
