Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on automotive body repair and painting experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• I-CAR certification or equivalent industry training.
• Own personal tools required for daily collision repair tasks.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and draft comprehensive repair plans addressing structural and cosmetic needs.
• Remove damaged parts, repair metal structures, and install new components with precision.
• Prepare surfaces for paint, including sanding, masking, and applying primers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the service department to provide accurate timelines for completion.
• Perform quality checks to ensure vehicles leave with safety and aesthetic standard.
