Qualifications

• I-CAR certification or equivalent industry training.
• Ownership of personal tools required for daily collision repair tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and draft comprehensive repair plans that address structural and cosmetic needs.
• Remove damaged parts, repair metal structures, and install new components with precision.
• Prepare surfaces for paint, including sanding, masking, and applying primers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency throughout the repair process.
• Collaborate with the service department to provide accurate timelines for vehicle completion.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every vehicle leaves the shop meeting strict safety and aesthetic standards.
