Job summary

Jerry Seiner Collision Center in Salt Lake City is seeking an Auto Body Technician to join our team. You will repair and replace damaged body parts and frames, using hydraulic, pneumatic, welding and cutting tools to meet factory and dealership specifications.

You will review repair orders with the Estimator, track promised completion dates, and collaborate to ensure accurate, efficient repairs. We offer growth opportunities, education reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto body repair and knowledge of factory and dealership specifications.
• Proficiency with hydraulic, pneumatic, cutting, welding equipment, and other essential tools.
• Ability to work efficiently, manage time effectively, and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Repair & Replacement: Perform repairs and replacements on damaged body parts and frames using various tools and equipment.
• Estimate Review: Receive and review repair orders and preliminary estimates from the Estimator. Perform tear-downs and advise if additional parts or labor are needed.
• Efficiency: Complete work efficiently and accurately, adhering to dealership and factory procedures.
• Promise Dates: Track and ensure repairs are completed within promised timeframes.
• Communication: Collaborate with the Estimator to address any additional needs or adjustments required during the repair process.

About the Role

Jerry Seiner Collision Center is seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll repair and replace damaged body parts and frames, ensuring each vehicle meets factory and dealership specifications.
