Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as body shop technician
• Proficient in automotive body repair techniques and use of industry-standard tools
• Extensive knowledge of different vehicle makes and models and automotive anatomy
• Solid understanding of collision repair processes including frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of automotive body repairs, including panel replacement, dent removal, and frame straightening
• Diagnose and troubleshoot body and frame issues and determine repair methods per manufacturers' procedures
• Utilize advanced tools and equipment to ensure accurate repairs
• Follow established repair procedures and safety protocols to maintain quality
• Keep accurate records of repair procedures performed
• Collaborate with estimators, customer service, and painters to provide outstanding customer service

• Solid understanding of collision repair processes, including frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair complex body issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering a respectful and supportive atmosphere.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, to interact with team members.
