What You’ll Do

• Perform collision repairs including structural, body, and cosmetic work
• Repair or replace damaged panels, frames, and components
• Straighten frames and measure vehicles using approved equipment
• Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, and priming
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and safety standards
• Assure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction on every job
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with estimators, painters, and service advisors

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Body Shop / Collision Repair Technician
• Ability to work on a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Knowledge of structural and non-structural repair techniques
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and frame machines
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• ASE or manufacturer certifications a plus (not required)
