Qualifications

• Previous automotive body shop painting experience required.
• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for paint including sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation.
• Mix and match paint colors accurately to manufacturer specifications.
• Apply paint, clear coat, and finishes using professional spray equipment.
• Inspect completed work for quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized paint booth and work area.
• Work closely with body technicians and estimators to ensure timely repairs.
• Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations.
