Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of body shop management experience.
• At least 3-5 years of practical body shop experience.
• Estimator certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Specialized training in repair/refinish of trucks and trailers.
• Proficiency with welding equipment, paint equipment, shop machines, and power tools.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Knowledge of DOT/OSHA safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to travel and pass background/drug screening.
