Job summary

Cox Automotive (Manheim) is seeking an Estimator/Auditor II to join our team. The role requires preparing accurate reconditioning estimates for body, detail, and mechanic work and communicating results to maintenance and other departments.

The position requires reliable collaboration with procurement to ensure correct pricing and requires strict record-keeping and safety adherence. The Ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED with related experience or an advanced degree with

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimation services for assigned auction area(s).
• Create accurate reconditioning estimates for body, detail, and mechanic services.
• Communicate estimates to maintenance, reconditioning, and other teams as required.
• Collaborate with procurement/purchasing to ensure accurate pricing of parts and supplies.
• Monitor repair status, completion timelines, transportation, and customer communications related to approved reconditioning estimates.
• Maintain records and complete necessary paperwork.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety by following all safety and health procedures and participating in safety activities.

Compensation: Hourly rate $18.17–$27.31, plus potential commission or incentive programs.

Work Schedule: Day shift; flexible work option.

• Valid driver’s license; safe driver; ability to drive standard, automatic, and electric vehicles.
