Compensation: $22.00/ hour + Commission
Schedule: Must be available weekends

Position Summary:
As an Entry-Level Estimator / Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced estimators. You’ll assist with inspecting vehicles, writing estimates, assessing damage, and working with insurance companies. You will work directly with customers and make arraignments to have repairs done on their vehicles at our Bodyshop.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior estimators with inspecting damaged vehicles and documenting repair needs
Take detailed photos and notes for repair documentation
Communicate with customers and insurance adjusters in a professional manner
Help coordinate parts ordering and repair schedules
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic automotive knowledge or a passion for cars
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Qualifications (Not Required):
Previous experience in automotive repair or estimating (even if informal)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
