Job summary

The Uftring Auto Group is seeking a Body Shop Estimator in Peoria, IL to inspect damaged vehicles, determine collision damage, and generate accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE and related software. You will communicate estimates to customers and insurers, and coordinate repairs with the team.

The role requires 1–2 years of estimating experience, strong customer communication, and the ability to work independently. Base salary ranges from 39,000 to 45,000 USD per year with monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Body Shop estimating experience (CCC ONE preferred).
• Able to explain estimates clearly to customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Capable of independent work and time/workload management.
• Solid basic computer and phone skills.
• Must hold a valid IL driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles to determine extent of damage.
• Estimate labor and parts costs for repairs.
• Photograph damage and upload to estimating system.
• Schedule repairs and coordinate transportation for customers.
• Create and submit supplementary estimates.
• Communicate with customers and insurance companies about estimates.
