Job summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking an experienced Body Shop Estimator to guide customers through the repair process and serve as the main liaison with insurance partners. You will prepare accurate damage estimates and manage multiple tasks to keep the body shop running efficiently.

This role requires automotive estimating experience, proficiency with CCC One and Mitchell, and knowledge of DRP guidelines. Excellent communication and a client-focused approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Automotive estimating experience is required.
• Proficiency with CCC One and Mitchell estimating software.
• Familiarity with insurance direct repair program (DRP) guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• I-CAR certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle repair process, ensuring clear communication and excellent service at every step.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and insurance partners to facilitate a smooth, stress-free repair experience.
• Inspect and evaluate damaged vehicles, preparing accurate and comprehensive damage estimates using CCC One
• Manage multiple tasks, including estimates, vehicle arrivals, and deliveries, to ensure efficient workflow
• Deliver outstanding customer service, building trust and long-term relationships

Position Summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking an experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team. Compensation

• $60,000+ annually, based on experience
