Job summary

Johnson Motor Sales Inc. in Western Wisconsin seeks a full-time Body Shop Assistant to support technicians, install accessories, and help keep the shop organized and efficient. You will prewash cars, assist with parts management, and perform other duties as needed.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to undergo a background check are required. You will work in a busy full-service shop environment with opportunities to gain hands-on experience and contribute to a high‑quality customer

Qualifications

• Must be a reliable hard‑working individual and ability to take direction as given.
• Must be a self‑starter with drive to complete tasks to the best of your ability.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and consent to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Install accessories on customer vehicles.
• Organize and clean the shop.

• Other duties as assigned based on department needs.
• Clean vehicles for delivery once repairs have been completed
• Maintain and organize parts department
• Parts management; set up returns and organize inventory
• Pick up parts
• Prewash cars before repairs begin

Body Shop Assistant

We are seeking a full-time helper/aide to assist our body shop technicians in the daily tasks required to make this happen.

Body Shop Assistant Responsibilities

• Install accessories on customer vehicles.

• Provide support to the body shop technicians as needed.
