Pay Range

$60,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Job Overview

We are hiring two examiners: one with at least one year of experience and another with over five years. The role involves investigating and managing personal auto and complex commercial auto bodily injury claims, primarily in NYS, following NYS comparative negligence rules, often in litigation within New York City courts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-house investigations and analyze exposure and defense strategies
• Negotiate with adversaries and communicate with defense counsel
