Progressive Insurance is seeking a claims adjuster specialist to manage attorney-represented bodily injury claims. The ideal candidate will independently juggle an inventory, assess liability, coverage, and damages, and negotiate settlements with attorneys to move claims toward resolution.

This hybrid role requires four days per month in-office for meetings, training, and collaboration, with the option to be in-office more often. Open to candidates near Phoenix, AZ or Henderson, NV.

Competenze

• Four years of relevant work experience with one year in claims handling.
• Associate's degree and three years relevant work experience with one year in claims handling
• Bachelor's degree and one year in claims handling

Mansioni

• Determines coverage and liability
• Negotiate with claimants or their attorneys
• Settle claims and set reserves
• Estimates cost of treatment or compensation for those injured in accidents
• Analyze and interpret medical reports, follow‑up with no‑fault parties, and manage claims process to ensure efficient resolution
• Interview, collect and document information from various people such as claimants, agents/brokers, attorneys, and police
