Bochinche is Hiring: Service Captain (Full-Time)

At Bochinche, we're more than just an Argentine steakhouse — we're a celebration of bold flavours, open flames, and spirited hospitality. Located on buzzing Club Street, we bring Argentina's Asado traditions to life with premium dry-aged meats, wood-fired grills, and a bar that tells stories through craft cocktails and curated wines.

We’re on the hunt for a Service Captain who embodies passion, precision, and the charisma of true Argentine hospitality. If you know your Malbecs from your Merlots and believe every great dish deserves the perfect pour, we want you on our floor.

Location: 27 Club St, Singapore 069413
Schedule: 44 hours/week | 5-day work week | Split shifts (12pm–3pm, 6pm–11pm)

Your Role:
  • Lead the front-of-house team in delivering seamless, high-energy service throughout lunch and dinner operations.
  • Be the link between kitchen and guests, ensuring timing, temperature, and table experience are always on point.
  • Provide confident, thoughtful wine and beverage pairings to elevate the dining experience.
  • Manage daily reservations, walk-ins, and floor flow to maintain an optimal service rhythm.
  • Support the team with training, standards, and keeping the vibe polished but warm.
  • Champion hygiene, safety, and a well-stocked service environment.
You Should Have:
  • Prior experience in premium or lifestyle restaurants (bonus if it’s in steak, grill, or wine-forward concepts).
  • Solid working knowledge of alcoholic beverages — especially wine — for guest recommendations and pairings.
  • A proactive, positive spirit with the ability to inspire those around you.
  • Strong communication and floor management skills — you set the pace, and the tone.
  • Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, high-turnover shifts.
