Job summary

The role requires a CDL Class B with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brakes, a safety-minded attitude, and a clean driving record. Must be able to lift 75-100 pounds and communicate effectively; delivery experience is a plus.

Delivery Driver – Propane Bobtail:

• Provide propane delivery service to residential and commercial customers using a bobtail truck on a local route
• Install residential/commercial above-ground and below-ground propane tanks
• Perform propane-related service work
• Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly working environment
• Read, understand, and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
• Ensure vehicles are appropriately placarded and/or labeled
• Comply with all DOT and OSHA regulations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain electronic trip-logs
• Ensures appropriate preparation/completion and accuracy of paperwork including but not limited to shipping papers and delivery tickets
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

• CDL Class Blicense with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brakes
• Safety-minded
• Experience preferred, not required
• Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug-screen and physical, and company-administered road test
• Delivery experience a plus
• High school diploma/GED
