Job description

Job Title: Cutting Machine Operator

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cutting Machine Operator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

1. Safely setting up, running, and maintaining Rigid Box machines, primarily Emmeci and Kolbus equipment, following proper make-ready techniques.
2. Performing fine-tune adjustments during production and troubleshooting equipment issues.
3. Conducting data entry for the production collection system and maintaining maintenance documentation.
4. Executing all quality control processes before, during, and after production jobs.
5. Safely operating a pallet jack to move WIP during production when needed.
6. Working directly with leads and the Department Manager on final approvals and quality checks.
7. Familiarity with Windows-based computers.
8. Performing additional duties as required.
9. Promoting teamwork proactively at all levels of the company.
10. Complying with all safety regulations, policies, work procedures, and security protocols, including wearing all required PPEs.
11. Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.
12. Ensuring the security of confidential customer records and data.
13. Participating in special projects independently and within a team.
