We’re hiring a Bobcat Operator for a recycling facility located in Locust Grove, GA! This is a great opportunity for someone experienced, dependable, and looking to join a growing industry.

Location: Locust Grove, GA

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM until finish (usually before 12 PM) Pay: $19.00/hr. starting
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Bobcat (Skid Steer Loader) to move and organize recyclable materials
• Safely load/unload materials in designated yard areas
• Maintain clean work zones and follow all safety guidelines
• Assist with additional yard tasks as needed
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Bobcat or skid steer operation experience
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
• Yardwork/Outdoor Labor Experience – Experiencia trabajando al aire libre en condiciones variables (lluvia, calor, polvo).
• Basic Mechanical Knowledge – Capacidad para detectar fallas menores en el equipo y reportarlas o resolverlas.
