Job summary

Wushiland Boba in San Jose is looking for a part-time Boba Barista/Store Team Member to support daily cafe operations, including preparing toppings, blending teas, taking orders, and serving beverages. You will help keep the store stocked and maintain a clean workstation.

Ideal candidates are friendly, adaptable, and able to work well in a team or independently, with a can-do attitude and strong attention to instructions. Flexible schedules and a free drink are offered.

What you will be doing:

As a good teammate, you will be giving day-to-day support to your team, including but not limited to preparing bubble tea toppings and blending teas, taking orders, making and serving beverages, making sure all the ingredients are sufficient, keeping the workstation clean and organized, etc. Willing to assist with warehouse duties, such as loading, offloading, and moving packages from the warehouse to the store, is a plus.

What you must have:

• Ability to work well in a team setting and independently
• Ability to follow instructions closely

Good to have:

• AA or BA Degree.
• Food Handlers Certification.
• Experiences in the food/beverage retail industry.
