The Division of Bridges is seeking to hire a Transportation Specialist 3 /Assistant Operations Manager who will report to the Deputy Director of Bridge Painting, in the Bureau of Maintenance, Inspections, and Operations. The role involves managing bridge painting and graffiti removal operations across NYC boroughs, assisting in planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities, monitoring work progress, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and liaising with contractors and internal units. The position requires visiting sites, reviewing project documents, and fostering effective communication within the division.
