Job Summary:
Memorial Beach Boathouse, managed by Guest Services, Inc., in Sharon, MA is now hiring seasonal boathouse supervisors for the 2025 season. The season runs from mid-May through October, open 7 days a week from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and weekends only in May and September. The Boathouse Supervisor assists the Unit Managers in all aspects of operations and floor management, including equipment and property, to meet financial goals and company initiatives. They also help foster a team environment that delivers exceptional customer service and maintains high staff performance.
