Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and team members professionally and with courtesy.
• Prepare boats for return to customers and aid in service tasks.
• Report to management if deadlines cannot be met.
• Maintain cooperative relationships across company units.
• Light forklift operation to unload transport trucks; safety protocols followed.
• Assist technicians when needed.
• Maintain marina/yard appearance and public areas.
• Attend meetings and follow company policies; be pleasant to all.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have experience with boat handling on the water.
