Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group is hiring an Inspector to evaluate interior and exterior boat finishes to precise standards. You will inspect installed components for Form/Fit/Function adherence and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.

The role requires 3+ years in the marine industry, strong reading of prints/drawings, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. Extended hours may be required in peak periods with a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in the marine industry.
• Proficiency in reading prints and drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work extended hours when required, with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interior/exterior boat finish to specified standards.
• Inspect all installed components for Form/Fit/Function adherence.
• Verify boat is built to compliance rules and regulations.
• Enter findings into QC2 system and support production improvements.
• Assist in identifying solutions with the production team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
