Job summary

Bass Pro Shops seeks a Part Sales associate in Kansas (Olathe). You will support inventory control for boat, motor, trailer and ATV parts and assist customers with purchases, quotes, and information at the parts counter or by phone.

Responsibilities include processing orders, verifying shipments, data entry in IDS, and handling refunds or warranties. High school diploma required; marine knowledge is helpful. This is a full-time on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate discounts or percentages and make change.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.
• Ability to operate computer and perform data entry.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts and conduct transactions at the counter or by phone.
• Research customer inquiries using manufacturer or reference materials.
• Create purchase orders for stock and forward to vendors.
• Receive, inspect, and reconcile parts shipments and documents.
• Enter parts receipts and issue parts to work orders in IDS.
• Process refunds and warranty parts with vendor credits.
• Conduct periodic inventory and report variances.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and provide excellent service.
