Job summary

OneWater Marine Inc. is seeking a Lot Associate for the Gulf Shores, AL store. The role focuses on keeping the lot tidy, organized, and safe for both customers and staff, including proper storage of boats and trailers and assisting with deliveries.

Responsibilities include moving equipment, coordinating with sales and service teams, inspecting boats for issues, and supporting receiving of new inventory. A strong emphasis on safety and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the marine industry is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the organization and maintenance of the lot. Ensure all boats, trailers and other equipment are stored properly.
• Safely move and transport boats and equipment as needed to support sales, service, and customer needs.
• Conduct regular inspections of boats and equipment for damage or maintenance. Reports any issues to management.
• Assist in preparing boats for deliveries. Support in the receiving and unloading of new inventory.
• Demonstrates attentiveness when customers are on the lot, assisting as needed.
• Follows all safety procedures and protocols to ensure the lot is safe for all employees and customers.
• Partners with other team members to ensure operational and customer needs are prioritized and met.
• Maintain knowledge, training, and certifications for equipment use.
• Any other duties as assigned.
