Job summary

OneWater Marine Inc. seeks a full-time Lot Associate in Conroe, TX to maintain organization and safety of the boat lot, assist with deliveries, and support sales teams.

The role requires hands-on duties, the ability to operate or learn forklifts and boats, strong communication and organization, and adherence to safety procedures in a fast-paced marine retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the marine industry is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the organization and maintenance of the lot. Ensure all boats, trailers and other equipment are stored properly.
• Safely move and transport boats and equipment as needed to support sales, service, and customer needs.
• Conduct regular inspections of boats and equipment for damage or maintenance. Report any issues to management.
• Assist in preparing boats for deliveries. Support in the receiving and unloading of new inventory.
• Demonstrates attentiveness when customers are on the lot, assisting as needed.
• Follows all safety procedures and protocols to ensure the lot is safe for all employees and customers.
• Maintain knowledge, training, and certifications for equipment use.

Lot Associate

Full-Time SMG Boats - Wake of Houston, Conroe, TX, US

POSITION SUMMARY

Lot associates are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the lot where marine vehicles and equipment are stored for their respective OneWater Marine store.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the organization and maintenance of the lot. Ensure all boats, trailers and other equipment are stored properly.
• Safely move and transport boats and equipment as needed to support sales, service, and customer needs.
• Conduct regular inspections of boats and equipment for damage or maintenance. Reports any issues to management.
• Assist in preparing boats for deliveries. Support in the receiving and unloading of new inventory.

• Partners with other team members to ensure operational and customer needs are prioritized and met.
