Job summary

GOLDEN MANUFACTURING is seeking a General Laborer to support daily operations for building boat lifts in Florida. The role involves performing various physical tasks, cleaning and preparing sites, and moving or loading materials according to the production schedule.

Qualifications

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50–75 lbs.
Commitment to safety rules and wearing protective equipment as trained.

Responsibilities

Performs various physical duties as assigned.
Cleans and prepares site for operations.
Moves, secures, installs, builds, loads, or unloads materials.
Deburring, punching, grinding parts, and counting inventory.
Verifies conformance of machined work to specifications using measuring instruments.
Tracks tool wear and replaces blades, grinding wheels, sanding belts.
Ensures outputs meet production requirements.
Performs some specialized tasks with on‑the‑job training.
Operates safety equipment and follows all safety rules and regulations.
Becoming familiar with each department and cross trains when needed.
Reads production schedules, product descriptions on tags, and work orders.
Maintains a clean and organized work area; reports unsafe conditions.
