Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Flippin, AR (White River Marine Plant) is seeking a Boat Laminator to remove air from wet glass, apply layers, and install parts prior to glass work.

As a Lamination Tech, you will pattern cut and roll fiberglass, work with resin and putty, install boxes, foam tanks and stringers, and grind out small imperfections.

This full-time position requires a High School Diploma, the ability to work with a team, and careful adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work with a team.
• Able to use drills and hand sander and follow instructions.

Responsibilities
