Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Lamination Tech to remove air from wet glass, apply glass layers, and prepare components for assembly. The role involves installing fixtures prior to glass work and maintaining a clean, safe workspace in a manufacturing setting.

The position requires basic tool use, ability to work in a team, and adherence to instructions. Physical demands include lifting up to 59 lbs, and work may occur in varied indoor/outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Removes air from wet glass using a brush and/or roller.
• Applies layers of wet glass in various applications.
• Installs boxes, foam tanks and stringers prior to glass work.
• Performs pattern cutting and rolling fiberglass.
• Grinds out small imperfections and maintains clean work area.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Lamination Tech removes all air from wet glass using a brush and/or roller. Applies layers of wet glass in many different applications. Installs different parts prior to glass work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Performs pattern cutting and rolling fiberglass.


• Properly uses resin and putty.


• Installs boxes, foam tanks and stringers.


• Grinds out small imperfections.


• Performs general housekeeping.


• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
