Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Sew Stamoid and Makrolon sides and drop curtains.
• Sew upholstery items for boat interiors (cushions, bolsters, etc.).
• Operate a double needle sewing machine.
• Maintain high quality during the build sequence.
• Avoid damaging products/parts and perform housekeeping.
• Complete tasks within required takt time as directed.
